Classes

Yoga is for everyone. We offer a variety of classes for every level and style.  The all levels vinyasa classes are great for beginners to advanced.  You will never feel intimidated in our studio because the teachers and community makes everyone feel welcome. 


Cost for classes: 


  • Unlimited monthly membership!  $125.00 a month.  (you can come to class everyday!)


  • 10 class package:  $120.00 (can be shared with family members, 6 month expiration)


  • 5 class package: $65.00 (can be shared with family members, 3 month expiration)


  • Drop In Yoga Class:  $15.00


  • Drop in Pilates Class: $10.00


  • all of these are available to be purchased online, or when you come in the studio :)

Weekly Schedule

Monday


6:00 pm--7:00 pm: basic yoga mix, all levels.

Tuesday

11:00 am--12:00 pm:  gentle relax and restore, all levels.
6:00 pm--7:00 pm: spark the flame flow, all levels.


Wednesday

9:15 am--10:15 am: yin to yang flow, all levels.
6:00 pm--7:00pm: spirit warrior flow, level 2.


Thursday

9:30 am--10:30 am: thriving thursday flow, all levels. (cardio flow)
6:00 pm--7:00 pm: root down to rise up flow, all levels.

Friday


8:15--9:00 am: mat based pilates, all levels.
Saturday

9:00 am--10:15 am: go with the flow, vinyasa flow, all levels. 


Sunday

10:30 am--11:30 am: slow flow and hold, all levels.
